Dr. Debajani Palai holds a Ph.D. in Management from KIIT University, awarded in 2019. She completed her MBA with a specialization in Human Resource Management (HRM) from ICFAI University, Dehradun, in 2008. In addition to her management qualifications, she has a strong foundation in law and economics. She earned her LL.B. degree from M.S. Law College, Cuttack, under Utkal University in 2004. Earlier, she completed her B.A. with Honors in Economics (with Distinction) from S.B. Women’s College, Cuttack, affiliated with Utkal University, in 2001.With over 10 years of teaching experience, Dr. Palai has been actively engaged in nurturing students in the field of management and contributing to academic development through research and instruction.
